Construction Financing
We aggressively seek to find quality construction lending opportunities. Construction financing is more difficult, risky, and time consuming than permanent financing. Our construction program is designed to improve these factors for all involved.
Permanent Financing
SFIG provides competitive pricing for all permanent loans. Specifically we seek to lend in amounts that are greater than what local banks can offer.
Direct Equity Investment
On a case by case basis we provide equity investment for both construction and permanent loans. We require that transaction sponsors provide roughly 50% of the required equity. After which SFIG will provide the remaining equity needed to qualify for the financing. Terms and conditions vary widely based upon individual circumstances.
International Financing
SFIG is willing to consider both debt and equity financing for highly qualified projects internationally. Eligible countries must offer favorable laws regarding foreign investment and reliable economic environments. Loan amounts over $10 million required.
